Obituary of Siggy Doyle
Please share a memory of Siggy to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Siggy was the most nervous and scared kitty amongst her brothers and sisters that were in the rescue. She was having a harder time getting adopt but something just clicked when she sat in my lap the first time. It took a long time for her to be comfortable but between a few hair ties and a favorite purple shoe lace, we became the best of friends. She came into my life during a difficult time and helped me through so much during the 9 years of her life. She was a constant and I could always depend on her little chirps when she saw me or her peaceful purrs through the night as she snuggled up close. This last year was a struggle with her health with different treatments failing. But a few days ago, when she sat in my lap for the last time and looked up at me, I knew she was ready and I knew she was saying her goodbye.
Siggy- My beautiful girl, I love you and miss you more than you could know. The house feels empty without you here. You saved my life more than once, giving every ounce of your unconditional love. Wherever you are, you took a piece of my heart with you, but it was always forever yours to have.
